A short simple piano melody.

Wine glass, tuned with water, rubbed with pressure in a circular motion to produce sustained distorted tone. Recorded with olympus ls-10 (no zoom) in a small reverberating bathroom, edited in audacity to make a seamless loop. The whole pack intended to be used as a virtual instrument. Note c#4 (root note c5, 440hz).

A murder mystery/crime show jingle (new chapter, act introduction. . . ).

Some raw and dirty random samples of a small, out of tune yamaha pianino (upright piano) at a friends flat. There's noise of my laptop and there even might be some traffic noise in the background. Also no string scratching etc. In this pack. Nevertheless i thought it might be better to share the samples, than to have them just rot on a drive. I suggest throwing them into your software or hardware sampler of choice, manipulate them and listen what you come up with. Cut in ocenaudio. No noise-reduction or other processing has been applied. Enjoy ;-).

Using a variety of 1980s radios connected via a headphone output to the computer, i tuned in - across the entire bandwidth - of the mw and lw channels. I also captured the static hiss of those bands, 'dead air'. There are small clips of various stations along the way but i was looking for that 'tuning in' sound that was so familiar when radio was the central part of every teenager's life.

Used a mini mod filter and tuned it up slowly so you can cut out the wanted pitch, switch daw to 120bpm to cut it preciselyenjoy.

I used audacity to record this sound with no editing. I used turtle beaches x12 to record. The sound was from an old antique wind-up toy mechanism (music box) that was made in japan. I covered the metal with my finger to change tone of the song. The song played on the music box was called "close to you". This is a remix of a high bell. After some complex filtering and re-pitching, here it is! this bell is tuned to a#.

I created a basic saw tooth bass pluck using sylenth1, and used image line edison to time stretch, equalize, add reverb, and smooth out the beginning and end of the sound to give it a swelling effect. The sound is tuned to c for easy re pitching to suit different projects.
